"Verschwinden in Grünau"

Oil on canvas • 40x50 cmPainting framed • 50x60 cm

I love pine trees, and I love this painting. I wanted it to be light and pulsating, yet plain at the same time, with the focus on the intricate structure of the stem. Every time my eye crosses this piece, it quietens down everything around me.
