About the Artist
Kateryna Ilina is a Ukrainian oil artist based in Berlin. Through oil painting, she shows scenes of beauty in her life. Moving between natural landscapes and urban scenes, her works capture fleeting moments in which light, color and atmosphere come together. For Kateryna, color functions as a language — a way of translating perception, emotion and memory, and sharing moments of fascination with the viewer.
